We rank Canada bookmakers the way match bettors actually use them. The biggest weights go to fixture coverage — does the book price the games you want, including midweek and lower-league fixtures — and to the quality of its live product. Prices at kick-off, bet builder depth and app speed come next. Licensing is a hard requirement, not a scoring bonus: unlicensed operators simply aren't listed.

AGCO and iGaming Ontario regulate online betting in Ontario specifically — not Canada-wide. Other provinces run their own regimes (provincial lottery corporations and regulators), so operator availability and legal status vary by province. Always check what applies where you live.
